For slabs, we line protective foam-covered fumigated wooden crates. We even include low-cost granite or artificial stone reinforcement slabs to protect luxury materials from impact or pressure as needed. Export-grade fumigated crates are also used for floor tiles and wall tiles; we attach the matching drawings, crate counts, and labels on the outside for simple identification and installation upon delivery.
Custom-molded foam inserts, reinforced with plywood boxes and then fastened with external wooden crates, are used for tailored products including counters, vanity tops, and sinks. Along with 2 Vertical Stone Chamfering Machines and 2 Profiling & Shape Machines for exact edgework and custom forms, we have 4 infrared stone machines—including a 4-axis model that allows intricate shaping for complex designs. Covering every stage from raw cutting to final finishing, complementing these are Hand Polish Machines, Edge Polishing Equipment, a Stone Bridge Saw, Corner Cutters, and specialist tools for curved shaping and drilling.

After curing at 220°C, surface hardness reaches 6H, with scratch resistance and permeability resistance 3x better than traditional methods. Unlike many manufacturers who outsource scanning or use lower-resolution equipment, our sophisticated scanner generates remarkably accurate and clear images, so offering a quite realistic digital representation of the slab. Our professional CAD Technical Design Department then receives these scanned images and uses them to create exact rendering drawings for client approval.
Before cutting begins, this process lets clients verify the final layout and design so that what they view in the render corresponds with the completed product.
